Organize and format all documents according to the following requirements:
  • The top right of each page must include the name of the Principal Investigator and the section title (e.g. “Letter of introduction”, “Research Proposal”, “Budget” ...).
  • The bottom right of each page must include the page number.
  • The document must have a 2.5 cm/1-inch margin width on all sides.
  • The font must be black, 12 points (not condensed), with single line spacing.
  • The digital documents must be formatted so that they can be printed on letter size paper (21.25 X 27.5 cm / 8.5 X 11 inches).

  • Include a clear description of the objectives, methods, expected results and any past related work.
  • Indicate how the research is relevant to dermatology.
  • Keep the length to no more than 10 pages including tables, figures and images (excluding references).
  • Do not add copies of published, submitted or “in preparation” articles.

Upload the Budget in CAD*

  • Provide details on the three-year grant budget for reviewers to clearly understand how the funds will be spent; each line item must include a brief explanation.
  • Provide information on current and awarded funding held by the principal investigator for all research activities.

  • The principal investigator and the co-investigator must submit a current CV in the format of a Canadian Common CV (CCV) www.ccv-cvc.ca
